Eclipse

When the world 

   gets dark around you

and the shadow of your body 

   disappears,                                                                      

Look up

   and let

      the worry

         go.

For we are small 

   among the stars.

Each one 

   a little seed

In a bundle on

   a branch from 

      a tree within

         this great forest.

Come out 

   from your shell

and into 

   place,

Into this moment,

   alive,

      un-tethered,

         whole.
