-------Trespass-------
Given the times
I am called to ask,
Who profits
from the land enclosed?
Property,
its borders and law,
Has kept the human
mind confined
Behind
a wall of trespass.
Dis-remembered
is the memory
That once we gathered
without threat
Without fear
Of our
arrest.
Now POSTED signs
protect the mines
And the poisoners
of water,
While the masses
long to be free again,
To live, to love,
to prosper.
So called to ask
in these times am I,
What happens
when all is sold?
