of this body

bright colors

leaves.

the fallen autumn

covers the trails

I have followed.

And slowly,

the great shadow of routine

forgives itself

we need 

right now,

To let go

of what

divides us

And allow

Conveying the plant's medicine

Through breath

into blood,

into visions.

One spirit

has been divided

by the state,

Tricked

with sugar

and lies

To believe in the "I",

and "us",

and "them".

But a step 

outside 

this body

And the wounds of our separation

begin 

to heal.

For truth 

transcends

duality,

And a woken soul

perceives the union

between all of life's expressions.

From little seeds

we have become

a great forest,

And leaf by leaf,

with the Autumn,

return to earth.
